KCS aims to:-

- raise the awareness of the importance of healthy eating and nutrition to children and young people

- provide equal access to all children to gain practical cookery as a vital life skill

- operate total inclusivity, to integrate special needs children into mainstream classes

- continue to award a high % of assisted and free places to those most in need

- campaign to ensure practical cookery is put back on the national curriculum

- expand and develop a second KCS in the UK by at least 2005

KCS is a registered charity number 1079543, and therefore non-profit making, all funds go towards our assisted places scheme and equal opportunities for those children most in need.
